New date for The Worthies!

Thank you to everybody for taking the time to nominate their favourite person or business in Kenilworth. We had a great number of nominations in all categories however, due to the current situation we had to take the decision to postpone The Worthies.

We now have a new date of Thursday 29th April 2021 at Chesford Grange.

We will keep you posted as we get the nomination and voting process back on track!

Hi, I’m Anna, an independent management consultant based in Kenilworth. 

I specialise in developing leaders, communicating with impact and building high performance workplaces. 

I worked in communication, people management and leadership roles for big global companies ahead of starting Jester Consulting in 2013. I now enjoy working nationally and internationally, with a range of business leaders and organisations, both in terms of size and sector. However, having settled in Kenilworth with my family, I’d love to work with more people and businesses closer to home!

I’m a big believer that human connection trumps all, effective communication behaviours form the foundation of everything else and that how we make people feel is first and foremost. It forms the basis of everything I do, the way in which I work and the approach I take to development (whether individual or organisational).
