Civil, Commercial & Workplace Mediator and Personal Performance Coach

I offer both Mediation and coaching services, were clients are supported, be it from a business or personal perspective, to take brave steps.

I offer Mediation for Civil, Commercial and Workplace disputes. Where there is an opportunity to settle a difficult dispute out of court, I provide an excellent Mediation service, I help my clients achieve this. Often, disputes that are taken to court do not address the core concerns of each of the participants it is the primary focus for me, in my mediation practice.

The cost implications of taking disputes to court can be astronomical, for both parties, my aim is to help both sides reach agreements that benefit both.

The coaching provision, is aimed at supporting individuals and or teams to be the best they can. I work with clients who want to address and tackle situations that they feel are holding them back. Career, leadership, business start-up, work or personal relationships, performance, confidence building; these are some of the areas in which I excel.

Confidentiality, a safe and trusting environment are essential to the development of a good coaching relationship and for effective Mediation, these I pride myself on.
