Meeting ID: 607 746 4450

Instructions for joining us …

Step 1 – On your laptop or iPad, open your Internet Browser

Step 2 – Go to www.zoom.us

Step 3 – On the home page, click on Join a Meeting.  If you have not used Zoom before, you will be prompted to install the Zoom.exe file.  This is safe and takes seconds.

Step 4 – Once Zoom has installed you can go to Join a Meeting.  You will be asked for the meeting ID.  Please end the Meeting ID as above.

Step 5 – You will then be live in the Kenilworth Chamber Zoom meeting.

If you have already downloaded Zoom, then click on the website link in the body of the invitation and it will take you straight to the meeting!

Check your sound is on.  Moving your cursor to the bottom of the Zoom screen will highlight a microphone, see far left.  This will enable you to silence your presence in the meeting, but still be able to hear everybody else.  Helpful if you have distracting background noise!

Look far right and you will see ‘Leave the meeting’.

Look forward to seeing you there!
