Tender Description: Kenilworth Chamber of Trade wishes to have a new website designed and built. The website needs to provide basic information about the organisation, events and members.

There should be a simple shop function for buying membership and event tickets, alongside a password-controlled member area for members to manage their published information. A central consideration is user experience for members, non-members and administrative activities.

Alongside the core functions, the website will need to enable the management of the ‘Worthies Awards’ application and voting process. This requires an open entry process for nominees, with a public vote managed within the website functionality.

In addition to the design and build of the website, there is a requirement for on-going hosting and management of the website. The website must host a mailbox function, which is currently managed through the website and redirected accordingly. This would all be undertaken in support of the committee, which is a volunteer organisation.

The committee would like to have the new website available to the public by 10th January 2020. The site must work across all platforms.
